This privacy policy describes the policy of OCK WFM regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy applies to all OCK WFM websites, mobile applications, and its affiliated sites ("Application").

By using the Application and related services, you give explicit consent to OCK WFM for the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information by us, as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. OCK WFM may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and you are advised to read this policy regularly. This Privacy Policy is effective from May 2024.

You can visit our Application without registering for an account. When you provide us with your personal information, you agree that such information is sent to and stored on our servers. We receive and store any information in which you enter on our application or provided to us in any other way. You hereby agree that OCK WFM may use the information collected from you for the following purposes:

• For registration and to manage your account, including facilitating your access to and use of our site to communicate with you in general.
• To prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, fraud, or breaches towards our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

User Account Creation and Deletion

User account creation and deletion are controlled by system administrators only.

User Privacy Clause

This app prioritizes user privacy and does not engage in any form of advertisement as it is solely for company operation purposes.

Collection of Location Data

This app collects location data to enable on-duty time technician current location tracking, even when the app is closed or not in use. This is for better task assignment based on technician location.

Other information

We do not tolerate abuse of our Application through unsolicited commercial communications ("Spam"). If you notice someone abusing or misusing OCK WFM, please do not hesitate to inform us. It is not allowed to use our member-to-member communication resources to send spam or contents that violate our Terms of Use.

For your security, we may monitor messages automatically and check for spam, viruses, and any other malicious activity or illegal, prohibited content, in which we will remove at our discretion without prior notice.
